Day #1
After picking you up at the Tijuana or San Diego international airports, we will stop to enjoy brunch in Puerto Nuevo, where you will try their straight out-of-the-water lobsters, served with rice, fried black beans, and flour tortillas. After that, get ready for some wine and margaritas while strolling through some of the most important landmarks in Ensenada. Dinner will be served in a remarkable “farm to table” restaurant, well known for using their own locally produced ingredients.
Day #2
We will head south to visit the oldest winery of the region. Be ready for a whole morning of wine tasting surrounded by the stunning view of Santo Tomás Valley. This will be a formidable learning experience that will top off with a workshop where you will be creating your own wine to take home. For dinner you will be treated to a tasting menu in a restaurant that has made its way into the internationally renowned list of “Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants”.
Day #3
After a splendid breakfast, you’ll visit three wineries with some of the most interesting projects in the region, and the day will end in a “campestre” restaurant of the Valley..
Day #4
As the grand finale of your experience in Valle de Guadalupe, we will treat you with a special tasting where you will pair Mexican chocolate with local wines at a beautiful estate, where you can relax before heading back to the airport for your departure.
