Argentina: Mountain and Diversity
Embark on a unique 11-day experience through Argentina's most iconic wine regions: Salta and Mendoza. Guided by Winemaker and Sommelier Joshua Tripp, and Local Expert Ignacio Pitrella, you'll discover stunning landscapes, renowned wineries, and a rich winemaking tradition. Taste exceptional wines, from Cafayate's Torrontes to Mendoza's celebrated Malbecs, while enjoying local dishes and immersing yourself in regional culture.
Your wine adventure Itinerary
By joining this exclusive trip, you will enjoy private and personalized winery tours, where you will be greeted by the winery’s Winemaker or Sommelier. They will guide you through a tasting of carefully selected labels and varietals, while you discover the secrets and rich history of each wine region. This is an unparalleled opportunity to get up close and personal with the soul of each winery and its terroir.
The program begins in Salta, exploring the city and traveling to the Valley of Cafayate, where you will visit 5 historic wineries and the Vine and Wine Museum.
Cafayate is not only a paradise for wine lovers, but also a place where nature and culture merge, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
Afterwards, we will fly to Mendoza, where we will explore 10 wineries along the main wine regions of the province, including renowned ones such as Catena Zapata, El Enemigo and Zuccardi, as well as an olive farm.
Mendoza's vineyards and wineries reflect the rich regional identity, where every corner tells stories about the winemaking traditions that have been passed down through generations, earning worldwide recognition.
You will enjoy two types of accommodations in the province of Salta: on arrival the province's capital city you’ll stay at a hotel located in the historic downtown in a colonial building that dates back to Argentina's colonial period. While in the Cafayate Valley you’ll stay at an hacienda style hotel surrounded by vineyards.
In Mendoza you will stay in a 5 star hotel in the city center with a view to The Andes mountain range, surrounded by shopping streets full of life, restaurants and wine stores; ideal for exploring on foot. For Uco Valley the accommodation is at a small and exclusive ranch surrounded by Salentein’s winery vineyard located at the Andes foothills.
We will visit a selection of fondas and restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of exquisite traditional dishes that showcase the richness and diversity of Argentine culture.
Each place has been carefully selected to offer you an authentic experience, allowing you to savor the most representative flavors of the country. We will also enjoy pairing menus at selected wineries after visiting them.
